Next Generation Command Cockpit
The cockpit of the M-25 Mothership is a state-of-the-art command centre. Designed around a 'glass cockpit' philosophy, it replaces traditional gauges with advanced, multi-function displays. The primary goal of this interface is to provide the pilot with complete situational awareness and intuitive, seamless control over the entire AI Flock, effectively making one pilot the commander of an entire air wing.
Ergonomics and Control Integration
Every element of the cockpit is designed for efficiency and ease of use in a high-G environment. The entire command screen is a ruggedized touchscreen compatible with standard-issue flight gloves.
Furthermore, key flock commands are integrated into the Hands-On Throttle-And-Stick (HOTAS) controls. This critical feature allows the pilot to manage their AI fleet—requesting a bomber run or deploying a fighter screen—without ever taking their hands off the primary flight controls. This fusion of tactile and touchscreen control ensures the pilot remains focused, comfortable, and in complete command.
“Razor” AI Assistant
The centrepiece of the M-25's interface is the touchscreen Flock Command Screen. From this central hub, the pilot can dynamically manage every asset in their fleet.
Dynamic Flock Management: Each drone class—MK-25 (Tanker), ME-25 (Electronics), MF-25 (Fighter), and MB-25 (Bomber)—is represented by its own column. The pilot can instantly request new assets to be deployed (+) or dismiss active drones from the formation (-) with a simple touch. As a critical safety measure, all deployment changes must be finalized with the 'REQUEST' button, preventing accidental commands during high-stakes manoeuvres.
Real-Time Asset Monitoring: At the top of the screen, a header display shows the real-time status of every active drone in the flock. These indicators provide an instant overview of critical data, most importantly the precise fuel and battery percentage of each unit. This allows the commander to monitor the fleet's endurance and operational readiness at a single glance.
Integrated directly into the UI is "Razor," a powerful AI co-pilot designed to reduce pilot workload and enhance tactical decision-making.
The pilot can activate Razor at any time by touching the prominent, red-outlined M-25 system logo on the command screen. Razor utilizes advanced voice recognition and contextual learning to assist with complex tasks. A pilot can ask Razor to optimize refuelling schedules for the tankers, recommend tactical formations for an engagement, or manage the ME-25's sensor arrays to scan for specific threats. This allows the pilot to focus on the broader strategic picture while Razor handles the minute details of fleet management.
